Appointments

In order to provide our patients with the finest personalized care, we see patients by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call our office at (404) 255-0226 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance, whenever possible, to cancel.

Our Northside office is conveniently located adjacent to Northside Hospital and Scottish Rite, and our Alpharetta office is just off of GA 400 and Old Milton Parkway. Appointments for both offices may be by calling our scheduling line at (404) 255-0226.

In case of an extreme emergency please dial 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In the case of a non life-threatening new injury, a quick call to our office may prevent a trip to the ER.
